  • 💗 Do you know your ‘yet’?

The day started out so hot and with a lovely breeze to keep you cool. That's why I like Lanzarote, you are always guaranteed a breeze, so you don’t feel like you are scorching. I love to swim in the pool or the sea, to keep the body temperature down. However convincing the other members of the family is another story. Is it cold? What a question of course it is, it is cooler than body temperature for a reason. My son decided he needed his hat and his goggles so off he went to get them. Delay tactics! But seriously, it’s important to keep the water out of his ears as he tends to get ear infections that don’t respond to medication easily, so safer to prevent rather than cure. Not being able to wait any longer, I got in. There was a lady walking in the pool and I asked her how many laps she had done already? She laughed a big belly laugh. It appeared that she was rehabilitating and was walking fairly slowly. She broke her ankle and had surgery on it a number of weeks previously and was keeping it limbered up, on instruction from her physiotherapist. I love telling people I did x amount of laps, she said. It sounds fantastic, but the thing is I can’t swim, so it's a big fib!! Now, I can’t resist helping an adult who tells me she can’t swim. I answered her with my usual response, do you know the word ‘yet’, what you should reply is - I can’t swim yet! She laughed at that and said that's a good one alright! So she precedes to tell me she has been to endless lessons, none of which helped her at all. I began to tell her that I was over forty when I learned to swim properly, that I had a bad experience when I was young and it put me right off for years. Then I was given the task of running the special swim club and it encouraged me to learn. Such a wonderful sense of achievement when you realise you can actually do what you always thought for years, you could not. We were talking for ages about all sorts of stuff. Her job was a reader and scribe for students with extra needs and an exam envigilator, whatever the job called for, she was ready and willing. I always tell adults and some kids if they are old enough to understand it, that the science behind swimming is really quite logical. So I showed her what happens when you float. About the 5% rule. She listened very intently. I then asked her what was she so afraid of? The poor woman told me that her brother drowned over fifty years ago and it felt really stupid to be telling me that! What, I said? How is that stupid? A traumatic event that has shattered your belief system forever, that's what! In my mind I am thinking a QTT session would be very helpful here, but I stayed in my professional space and said nothing more. (very difficult for me to do that sometimes) The next afternoon I was lying in the sun when she came over all excited and said. Wait until I tell you what's just happened! I was up early this morning, doing my exercises on my recovering ankle when the phone rang. It was an old friend, one who had taken me under her wing to give me some swimming lessons. I asked her about this 5% rule and she said yes that’s right, that she had taken the same swim course I had a number of years ago. So low and behold she said I got into the pool and guess who is able to float? My hair got wet for the first time in years and I am delighted with myself. Thanks for talking to me, look what I have overcome after a conversation. Hopefully we will meet in the pool again and we can have more chats and the next part of the lesson may unfold! Isn’t it interesting how we just have a little chat with someone and those of us who do holistic work, hear their life story in an instant and make a difference! But probably more to the point, since I trained in QTT, I have to hold myself from offering it to everyone who tells me they are emotionally trapped in the past, by limiting beliefs or patterns of behaviour that no longer serve. It is the type of work that the client should look for, rather than be told to do it, if you understand. It turns out she doesn't live too far from me either, so you would never know what might happen when we get home. I love the word ‘yet’, for me it holds so much potential, intrigue, magic and possibilities. What does your ‘yet’ mean to you? Have you ever thought about it? Well now you might!

  • 💗 Solar Tones

A poem by Regina Curley There are many ways to express yourself! You can shout out loud, you can sing, dance, or you can quietly write down your thoughts, save them for better days or burn them as a letting-go ritual. I find writing really therapeutic. It helps me let go of stored up negative energy and enhances the other practices that I have, of releasing what does not serve me. But most importantly it allows the inner creative part out. Even if it's to show gratitude, joy happiness, or fun, it all mounts up to being calm peaceful, and at ease. Try it, it's a wonderful exercise in courage. A positive challenge that builds on your self-esteem and confidence. That’s has to be good! If you have any poems you would like to share then please reach out! As the summer sun penetrates my skin into my bones, My body soaks in the healing power of solar tones, Keeping my immune system strong and able, Appreciating this time to reset and become stable. We live in a hemisphere that’s cold and wet, But sometimes we’re busy and we forget, To nurture the body as well as the soul, Back to nature to nurture a return to being whole.

  • 💗 Assumptions – Never make an Ass out of U and me!

Back in 2001 I was teaching a massage class in South County Dublin. They were an exceptional class of twelve women, all wanting to learn something new, really enthusiastic, and conscientious all wanting to make a difference to their lives and those of other people. They came from various backgrounds, from medical secretaries, to nurses, to stay at home Moms. Any information I could give them, they just soaked it in! It just made my teaching life so easy knowing that these women were interested, as a result I shared all the knowledge I had with them. Every week I gave them a test on the lesson we had covered in the class the previous week. Just to get them back into the swing of doing exams and also the realisation that they were so capable of getting whatever result they wanted. When it came to February just before the mid-term break, I would usually give the student an assessment sheet, with what was going well for them, what was not going so well and what they needed to work on. These women used to meet in each other’s houses twice a week outside of class and test each other and practice as well. They were really the exceptional class as I said earlier. After I had handed out the assessment sheets one particular student came up to me at the end of the class. She said that she had decided that maybe she wouldn’t finish the course. I looked at her in shock, as she seemed to be getting on really well. So apparently, I said to her in my best teacher voice, oh well fall at the first fence why don’t you! Oh boy was I a right biddy of a teacher then! She then said that it was alright for me as I had it all sussed! What do you mean by that I said? Well, you have your qualifications. I said yes that’s right, nobody has it all sussed though. But I am in terrible trouble she said, and nobody can help me and started to cry bitterly. What’s going on I said, are you sure nobody can help you because I would like to. I am in court in May for assaulting a girl in a night club. I have been going to anger management classes directed by the judge and I am so afraid that I will be sent to prison. I have a six-year-old daughter and I am dreading that day in court. What will happen to my child if that happens to me. I suggested to her that it would not be a good idea to give upthe course as that would be to her advantage that she was back in education. Also, I would be prepared to give her a reference as to what my experience of her in the class had been, which was really good. The principal would also give her a reference I would have a chat with him. Well, the look on the girls face I won’t ever forget it. You would do that for me? Yes of course I would, I am your advocate. You have great potential why would you throw that away; this course is a great opportunity for any mature student to start their own business or use it to go into higher education. I did as I promised, made an appointment with the principal who was an absolute gentleman, and we gave her the letters for court. In the meantime, we had exams. She rang me on the morning of one of her theory exams to tell me she couldn’t do it, as she had no babysitter. Grand I said bring in your daughter and I will mind her while the exam is on. More shock and surprise! I brought that little girl into the staff room where she was treated to chocolate biscuits and goodies that the principal ordered specially for her. As our college was further education, we didn’t often get the chance to have six-year-olds on the premises, so the staff made her the centre of attention for the two hours. When the exam was over the student collected her child from me and said the exam went well, which of course I knew it would for her. The day came for court and in she went. She was given the probation act. The joy that she expressed the next time in class was just so lovely to see. Well, that student, I have never forgotten her, she came back the following year and added three more diplomas to her repertoire. By the way with three distinctions, which is very difficult to achieve in therapy exams. She then went on to open her own business and is a very successful therapist. It just goes to show, what can perceive, or what we can assume! I never in a million years suspected that anything was going on like that for that student. Neither did she suspect that there were all sorts going on for me too in my background. How easy it is to assume everything is ok when it could all be crumbling. That word assume - never make an ASS out of U and ME. It’s a really important one as we never know what’s going on for someone else. I was so delighted she came to me that day and said she was leaving, otherwise we could have lost a really good person, student and mother into a non-functioning system, with an outcome that would have been very detrimental for that girl had she decided to throw it all away. I love the happy ending stories, don’t you? #mothers #strongwomen #teacherlife #exams #anxiety #stress #support #circleoffriends

  • 💗 Meditation – Clarity – Calmness – Connection

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a big meditation advocate. I usually tell people that meditation saved my life, and it did. I meditate every day, for my health and well-being. It has been such a consolation. Meditation comes from the Latin word, concentrate which means to centre, and in meditation, we are cantering in on ourselves. Connecting with ourselves, our true self is found only in the level of consciousness that we experience in meditation. Over thirty years ago I was introduced to a meditation class. At that time, it was not, as usual, to find meditation classes as it is now. The room was cream, beautifully peaceful, with a cream carpet. We left our shoes outside and were encouraged to be silent once we entered the room. It was a real sacred space. I found it very difficult at first because when I lay on the floor I would start to think about, did I turn off the cooker, what did I have for dinner, did I put the washing out! All the normal type thoughts that cross all of our minds, every day. Imagine 60,000 thoughts pass by every day whether we want them to or not. Meditation is about learning to quieten them down and not engage with them, so they don’t become a story. Not emptying our mind, as I was led to believe initially! The thought of emptying our mind is also a thought!! In the East, it is thought that we in the West, do not use the mind to its full potential. That it is like living in the basement of our mansion without having the keys to access the upper rooms which are most beautiful. I can certainly see what that means, and I do believe that in the West, we have a poor idea yet of just how powerful our minds are, but we are on the way to finding out. The benefits of meditation are numerous. Slows down the breathing. Lowers blood pressure, calms the nervous system, engages the Vagus nerve, and the whole process is parasympathetic in nature. All lead us to better health, mentally, physically, and emotionally. It brings about clarity and peace of mind. In my opinion, it doesn’t really matter how long you meditate for, or what time of day. They are the details that are not important, but they are the ones that people focus on and then decide they can’t meditate. As long as you are practicing some form of meditation, it has its benefits. I am not a rigid thinker around meditation, if it is a stress to practice, then it is not useful at all. Make a time that suits you, if it fits in it stays in. When I teach classes, I usually finish with a short meditation. There is always one participant that will say I can’t meditate. That statement has been the catalyst in inspiring me to create a course for beginners and for those who think they can’t meditate. It has three modules to it, simple and easy with exercises for you to follow to help you find your way to developing a meditation practice. It’s a self-learn course with a dedicated Facebook group especially for you, where you can ask questions if you need to. You also have lifetime access to it so you can keep going back to it as often as you need to. I love the work of the great teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh, he has been so influential in my life. His work is so simple. His explanations of things are also so simple too. That’s the secret really, keeping it simple not overcomplicating it. In meditation, we are learning to let go. Firstly, letting go of the busy outside world, so that we can give our mind and body a much-needed rest. But letting go of frustration, anger, and fear. Letting go is a skill, that we need to cultivate, it takes time and patience, patience with ourselves, and meditation is a great way to do that. If we can name the ‘something’ that we need to let go of, then we can easily develop our practice. Thich Nhat Hanh tells a story of a farmer who owned four cows. He woke up one morning to find the cows had disappeared. He went to the Buddha and told him his predicament. The Buddha said he hadn’t seen them. The farmer was in a real state of panic and told the Buddha that not only had his cows disappeared, but his crop of sesame seed had failed because they had been eaten by insects so therefore, he was thinking that because he had such a terrible year, he might kill himself. So, the Buddha suggested that before he did that, he should look for the cows in the other direction. When the farmer went off to look in the other direction the Buddha turned to his students and said, you are so lucky, you do not have any cows to lose! So, the suggestion is to put a name on the ‘cows’ that you want to let go of, in your meditation practice! Maybe it’s annoyance about a situation, person, or thing. Whatever it is, maybe use the acronym of the cows as a means to help yourself ‘let go’ and create a new way of being for yourself. Remember you are human and allow yourself the time to learn, but most of all the benefits way outweigh the time it takes to meditate. I wish you a good experience on your journey to meditation. 💜 PLEASE SHARE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS WITH ANYONE YOU FEEL THIS COURSE MAY BE OF INTEREST TO 💗 Zen~ology my short course for beginners meditation is now live & for the first 11 days you can avail of an introductory price! • 💗 The Elephant of Abundance

Three years ago, I had the wonderful privilege of traveling to Dubai and Abu Dhabi on the trip of a lifetime, when Geoff got selected to represent Ireland in the 2019 Special Olympics World Summer Games. It was so exciting. Besides being super proud as a Mam, looking on as my son with down syndrome, wore his Ireland strip and took part on a basketball team, the stuff that dreams are made of. So, the holiday began in Dubai for three days and then on down to Abu Dhabi for the incredible opening ceremony and competition. One evening a man came into the hotel we were staying in. He had lots of trinkets with him, all handmade. Of course, me being me, my curiosity got the better of me, and I had to go down and view all the lovely items on his table. I saw this little elephant and picked it up to examine him. The man told me he had made him by hand and that the elephant chose me! He then went on to ask me where I came from and when I said Ireland, he said, yes, he was definitely looking for you!! Why is that? I said ‘Well, he has a green gem on his back, and you are from Ireland, that’s all I need to say! If you look here, his back opens and all your dreams go in there and as his trunk is turned up that is to accept abundance in everything. So of course, I bought him and a couple of other little gifts as well. When I got back up to the room and took out what I bought, my husband said oh an elephant, why did you buy that? So, I told him the story. How much did you pay for it he said? When we worked it out the elephant cost €5.00! I ran back down to buy more from the man, but he had left the hotel. So maybe the lucky elephant was looking for me after all, with his green gemstone on his back and his trunk turned up to accept abundance. Elephants never forget that’s what I was told as a child, but I didn’t think they were involved in abundance. But they are! They also play a huge role in the ecosystem in the jungle. They assist in the germination of trees and plants. But they are the largest land mammal and while the lion is the king of the jungle I think the elephant is the strongest in the jungle. So here he is the elephant of abundance, taking pride of place in my treatment room. Reminding me of the trip of a lifetime, of how proud I felt and the fun we had. That’s real abundance!

  • 💗 The Comfort Zone

It’s the most comfortable place in the Universe. Or is it? It feels like a nice squishy sofa with cushions all around. But, it only stays in one place, it doesn’t move, grow, evolve or change in any way. It doesn’t have a whole lot going for it really and it’s not very productive. How do I know this? because I have spent a lot of my time hiding in it! I can’t believe that only a year ago I wouldn’t even have considered sitting down to write anything, other than support notes for my students for their courses, let alone have a go at a blog! Sometimes our understanding of something may not be correct. Our subconscious mind can give us information and distort and store it so that it becomes such an ordeal, that we shy away completely. But we believe it until we know different. Always thinking that a blog is like an assignment, I decided I had written plenty of those in my lifetime and didn’t want to do anymore! Last year when my website was under construction, I had great ideas about what I would like to have on it. Then came the face the music piece! A blog, oh no I couldn’t do that! I learned that a blog is just a little story, a poem, a recollection of a memory or an informative piece of work. Anything you want it to be. Now every time I invite a member of the Nurture Niche to write a guest blog, I get exactly the same reaction. The body goes stiff, the sharp intake of breath and the eyes widen, that look like someone stuck a pin in their bum! I can now smile at it because I know what that feels like and I already know it is the beginning of something new for them, challenging but usually creative that can open doorways. The sense of achievement when it's finished and presented really nicely is worth the discomfort. Then other people read it and get either some fun from it, new knowledge, insight about the person, or entertainment of some sort. So, examine your comfort zone, how does it feel? Right now, I have forgotten what mine is like! I have been shoved out of it kicking and screaming to the edge of the abyss, hanging on by my now painted red nails! (That’s something I haven’t had the pleasure of doing often as the teacher of the therapy, I couldn’t possibly wear red nails as I couldn’t give a bad example to my students!) If you are willing to go with the ‘shove’ and experience what it is like outside the comfortzone, try a guest blog, it certainly is interesting, exciting, and fun too and goodness knows we need so much more of that.

  • 💗 Today is Sleep Awareness Day

Isn't that interesting that this day falls on the full moon too! Lots of people find that the full moon energy disturbs their sleep. So how is your sleep pattern, good average, poor? I ask this question to all my clients when they come for treatment. Then I ask how many hours per night. There is such a lot that we can tell when someone says they can’t get to sleep, or they can’t stay asleep. There are lots we can do about it. The first thing I would look at is – what time do you go to bed at. Then what are you doing in the hours leading up to your bedtime? Winding down is a big part of getting a good night’s sleep. The media devices need to be switched off as early as 8.00 p.m. if you are having difficulty getting to sleep ~ sorry about that! The emissions from the screen, cause the body to go into ‘stress mode’. The adrenal glands release adrenaline, along with other hormones, then the body is ‘geared up’ for action, rather than winding down for sleep. That’s just one little thing you can do, which has a huge knock-on effect on the heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature. If you are not getting enough sleep, then your physical body does not rejuvenate, and neither does your mental or emotional body. When vital rapid eye movement sleep is missed, the information coming in on a daily basis cannot be processed. The other tip you can try is to meditate before you go to bed. I have lots of meditations on my YouTube channel and this one is especially for Deep Sleep, enjoy. https://youtu.be/kLpqlJ2_SC8 Night, Night.

  • 💗 Droopy Drawers

I was feeling like a right droopy drawers this day. A term my Mam used to call us when we were kids and were in a bad mood! So, I decided, well if I want to change how I feel, then I have to take an action. That’s what I advise all my clients to do anyway! Did some chatting to myself and told myself, that nobody can help me except me! I put on my jacket and went outside the front door. The sun was shining so brightly I went back in and got my sunglasses. Imagine needing to wear sunglasses in March? That my dear friends was the start of it! I began to laugh at that idea and then headed towards the park. On the way the temperature was so mild, it started to lift my spirit. Everything looks so much better when it's bright. The park is really nicely kept. The grass is cut on a regular basis and some lovely flowers grow there. There are red bridges, a sensory garden, and lots of birds on the lake. Well, the flower of the moment is of course the daffodil, all varieties are out in their splendour, yellows, whites, and oranges complimented by the beautiful green of the grass. As I walked in the park, I could hear that mesmerising rushing sound of water flowing under the bridge. It's so calming for me. I stood there held in time, just listening, and breathing in the beautiful oxygen of the environment. I walked further on to discover a new addition, a beautiful carving from the remnants of a tree trunk and a little fairy door on the end. It just made my heart sing. Sitting in the peacefulness of the park, appreciating the sunshine, the sound of the water and the birds, and the freshness of the air, I reminded myself of how grateful I am. Grateful for the fact that this amenity is on my doorstep and that I can just down tools and leave the house whenever I like, and avail of what nature has to offer. What could have been a very low day, became a very peaceful calm productive day instead. I took my own advice, went out in nature, and sought out the peace and calm that is available free of charge anytime we want. Walking home I was really happy that I had that chat with myself and took action that really helped me have a better day. My vibration was lifted with the environment I was part of for an hour for my self-care which I really take very seriously indeed. When you feel a droopy day on the way, act, go outside, immerse in the beauty that surrounds you, if you are near the beach go to the beach, if you are beside the forest go to the forest, or just like me, head to the park. Nature is our best healer. Did it work? You better believe it did. I even got a photo taken beside the fairy house; I wonder how many fairies live in it?

  • 💗 How Does Your Garden Grow? How to Boost Your Physical & Mental Health!

Did you know that 20 mins of gardening boosts your physical and mental health? The energy vibrated by the growth in the garden is really high. Why is that important I hear you say? It’s a known fact that variations in vibration changes the condition of bones muscles and tendons, to mention but a few. But if you go out into the garden, any garden it doesn’t have to be your own , notice how you feel. The flowers or vegetables or fruit take in the sun chlorophyll. When you eat that fruit or veg you take it in too. It’s the energy produced by the sun. Equally the emissions from the flowers raise the vibration and when you breathe in the energy in the garden - in goes that beautiful energy into your lungs and circulated around your body. Years ago it was good practice to put your baby in the high pram and wheel the pram into the garden for the baby to sleep or just sit and play in the fresh air and absorb the vibration from the growth in the garden. My grandad, my Dad’s father was an amazing gardener. He grew everything you could think of in his little garden from a corporation housing estate. Vegetables fruit and flowers. No grass, that was a waste of soil! My Dad was a brilliant gardener too and had the same idea! There was no lawn in either front or back garden. Each time we went out to the garden my grandad would tell us if there was new growth, the botanical name of the flower the plant family it came from and of course the name ‘as gaeilge’ The front garden in our family home had dahlias of every variety along with lilies and the back had every colour and variety of roses you could mention. The fragrance was heavenly. One of my special places is our back garden. I just have to think of it and I’m transported right back there. If I smell a rose the same thing happens. It’s amazing what you remember when your limbic system is stimulated by a beautiful fragrance. So if you don’t have a garden of your own you might try the Botanic gardens in Glasnevin. Absolutely beautiful so calming and grounding. Lift up your vibration and stay healthy and well. Take what nature has to offer and let your internal garden grow.

  • 💗 If I knew then what I know now!

Are you aware of the energy that you operate in? Are you a Goddess or a dragon? I’m sorry to say that I have been a dragon for lots of my young life. I thought that being fierce was the best way to be, get things done and keep order? Mmmm....not so. It turns out I made things exceedingly difficult for myself by being in my masculine energy most of the time. Well, I imagine there are female dragons as well as male dragons! The thing is, I wasn’t aware of it, so it would not have been possible to change it until I became aware. When I was growing up, my Dad was the dragon and my Mam was the Goddess. She was very much a peacemaker and went about her business in a quiet but firm way. On the other hand, my Dad was very present, he had a loud voice that was very authoritarian so his word was law and that was it. So they say you copy what you see until you realise that it doesn’t work for you. The understanding of how rules and regulations worked came from my family of origin. A lot of rules to be kept, so I continued that practice with my own family. While I still believe that rules are important, they provide everyone with safety and security, they also should be flexible enough to be changed should the need arise. So when you operate in your dragon energy, its quite fierce, loud and hot! How the information you communicate in this mode is not always received in a way that would be easy to carry out?? Well obviously, that’s the truth, as I was met with lots of resistance especially when the teenagers hit our household! Indeed, how the message is delivered has a huge impact on how it is received too. Do you like to be told what to do in an orderly commanding fashion? I certainly don’t. Did I give orders, yes I did, all in the name of good practice and efficiency? If I knew then what I know now! When I became aware of another way of doing it, drawing on the female energy, which is much softer and more yielding, I found that everyone wanted to please me, and did exactly what I asked and more???? Mmm......well what a revelation! The energy of softness is so much more powerful than we ever think possible. You feel much better too, that’s important isn’t it, that you feel good while you are at work, be it family or career! I did hear that lesson being taught in a practice I took part in, which worked on the softness of female energy, but I didn’t listen intently enough, or take it on board at the time, but I hear it now! I’m a slow learner, I could have saved myself such a lot of strife!

  • 💗 Gratitude is a magnet for miracles

We went on a long-awaited holiday following closures and lockdowns. We all love Lanzarote. The sun and the sea for me, the breeze and the booze for Val, the snooker, the bikes and happy hour for Geoff and of course nice food for us all. He loves happy hour, our guy, he doesn't really have any great interest in drinking alcohol, but loves the odd ‘Sprintzer’ to celebrate. (I wonder if his athletics influenced that drink?) An inch of white wine and filled to the top with 7-up that's his tipple, Christmas and bonfire night! Having stayed in the same place six times, we decided to try a new hotel this year. A new place is always a challenge that the ordinary family doesn’t encounter, but those of you who have people with learning differences in the family will know exactly what I mean. Our young man gets quite anxious when he doesn't know where the location is. It takes a while to get the routine going. The reason we stayed six times at the previous hotel was, he knew where he was, the staff were really friendly and the entertainer took him under his wing and it was exceptionally clean with lots of facilities. When lockdown happened, the entertainer John Mac went back to Scotland with his family. He no longer works at the hotel we were staying in which was very disappointing for our guy. So we decided we would try another place to see if we could broaden his horizon a bit and support him to accept a new situation. Having to accommodate two gluten-free people is tough enough but one person who gets an idea in his head about how things should be and then when they are not it’s disappointing has been the tipping point between having a good holiday and a miserable one. The order goes in for lots of desires, but they are not always met, as you can imagine. New hotel and surroundings sussed out, so we went out for dinner. While we were in a Chinese restaurant called - wait for it, Mr. Pasta, we got chatting with a young Irish couple. She said she was a pharmacist, and he was with the fire service. Both of us exchanged information on how different it all has been over the past few years. Geoff was wearing his Ireland strip, we usually get him to wear that travelling as it's easier to spot him if he gets separated in a crowd at the airport. Another parent gave me that tip, as it is a good marker of additional need without making a big deal of it. When they asked him about his top, he told them he was in Abu Dhabi on the Ireland team and appreciated all the compliments from the pair of them! They left before us as their flight was leaving at 8.00 a.m. the next morning, so they were going to be up early. We said goodbye and finished our meal. When we went to pay our bill, we were told it had been paid already by that young couple and we didn’t even get a chance to thank them. That's what I call a pure random act of kindness and a big surprise, a great start to our holiday. I believe it's now our turn to do that for someone else. Gratitude is a practice we do as a family every day and it most definitely is a magnet for miracles. If you have not tried the practice of gratitude, join us in our group The Nurture Niche and let the gratitude gurus show you how it's done!
