- Who can join?
Everyone is welcome to join The Nurture Niche so please do feel free to invite like minded friends or family that you think would benefit from the group. All I ask is that group members are a liker of the main Facebook page 'Regina Curley Life Coaching | Facebook' as this is my way of giving back to supporters of the page. Regina Curley Life Coaching | Facebook When joining the group you will be given some agreements to make - this is to ensure that the group remains a safe space for all.
- The Nurture Natter
Each week we have a different self growth topic - it can be anything from boundaries, mindfulness, anger, friendship, grief to raising your vibration, gratitude & the power of laughter! The more people contribute in the comment section the more the topic can develop and we can learn from each other, share tips and advice and grow the group connection. There is no judgment in the group and it is a safe space.
- Guided Meditation
Each week we will enjoy a beautiful guided meditation together. It will be specially chosen to compliment that week's topic. Remember no one can see you on screen so relax, sit back or lie down and enjoy the chance for some self care and to switch off.
