This workshop is for those holding an Anatomy & Physiology Diploma, a Holistic Massage Diploma, or Reflexology Diploma.
One of the oldest health and well-being philosophies in the world is the ancient art of Ayurveda.
At this workshop, the student will be taught Traditional Indian Head Massage.
This is a beautiful modality that works really well with lots of other complementary therapies.
It concentrates on the upper back and shoulders, arms, face and head. Relieving muscle tension and mental fatigue.
The techniques taught are very powerful, simple and effective.

The tutor will supervise each student one to one.
